Joseph Barr, Ph.D.

Dr. Joseph Barr has been a statistical and data analytics professional for over 20 years. Has a track record of building teams and delivering results in various verticals. He has founded/co-founded a number of startups where he led the development of intelligent algorithms for petascale computing, and knowledge discovery from Big Data with applications to healthcare analytics. He has also served as the leader of the simulation group at the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at UCSD. Tamara Sipes, Ph.D.

Dr. Sipes is the co-founder and Chief Information Officer of CureMetrix.com. She has over 15 years of experience in solving complex problems with highly effective predictive models. As the VP of Data Analytics and Intelligent Systems at SciberQuest, Inc. she devised specialized techniques for knowledge extraction from large multi-source data. Natasha Balac, Ph.D.

Evan is an entrepreneurial product strategist who brings a diverse background of business development, marketing, sales, and development methodologies to organizations. Specializing in both B2B/B2C across new innovative products/markets or restructuring of existing solutions. Michael Zeller, Ph.D.

Erik Tyrrell-Knott most recently was the Vice President of WESTECH at the West Health Institute, and brings more than 15 years of business development and information technology experience to West Health.
